Cassell Consulting, Inc. ("CCI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the CCI Docs documentation platform (the "Service"). - Account and profile information, such as name, email address, organization affiliation, and similar identifiers you provide when you sign in or are invited to an organization workspace.
- Content you submit, such as documentation pages, comments (if enabled), file attachments, support requests, and other materials you upload or create in the Service.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Depending on how you use the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

We may receive information from authentication providers, your organization administrators, payment processors (if applicable), and integrations you or your organization enable.
3. How We Use Information

- Communicate about the Service, including technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages

- Your organization when you use an organization workspace, as reasonably necessary for collaboration and administration.

5. Subprocessors and Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party services to operate. Depending on your use of the Service, this may include providers for:
- Authentication and organization management (for example, Clerk)
- Application hosting and edge delivery (for example, Vercel)
- Database, backend functions, and file storage (for example, Convex)
